Orders placed through this website ship via UPS, only to destinations within the continental United States.
UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address or your order will be delayed.

Receive free regular UPS shipping when your store order total is at least $75.
Orders of $25 or less are shipped for a flat rate of $15.00. Orders between $25 and $75 are shipped for $22.00.
Free shipping applies only to transactions completed through the website.
Orders with free shipping are sent by regular UPS Ground.
Wedding registry purchases and special orders do not receive free shipping.

Delivery

Lewis Gifts works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday-Saturday and most are shipped from the Shreveport store. Some items are sent directly from the supplier and may take longer. Also, some items ordered together may arrive separately. Customers will be notified of any out of stock merchandise and that item will be re-ordered immediately. The customer will receive the item as soon as possible.

Returns

No return on sale merchandise or donations.
No returns after 60 days.

A return with an original receipt:
A refund in cash or credit to the charge card, depending on the original form of payment.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, a store credit for merchandise in the amount of the orginal receipt.

A return without a receipt:
A store credit for merchandise at the most current price.
